have a bulk import system. To use the importer please sign-in to the
website, claim your listing(s) or download the import template.
Fields
Listing ID
- Internal LocalStore listing ID
- Please do not modify as this ID is used to update your existing data on the website
- Leave blank for new listings and our system will create a new ID
Store Code
- Your unique ID that you assign to each of your locations
Listing Name
- Required Field
- Must be the exact name of your business
- Do not add any further information other than your business name
Listing Category
- Required Field
- One category is required per listing
- View Category List
Listing Email
- Add an email address if you would like to enable the contact form
Listing Phone
- Required Field
- The main contact phone number for your business
- The phone area code and phone number only
- Do not include international dialing prefix
- Example: (123) 456 789
Listing Url
- Your businesses exact website address
- Enter the complete URL, excluding the http://
- Do not include any URL other than that of your business
- Example: www.localstore.net
Listing Building
- Only required if your business is inside another place
- Other places include: Shopping Malls, Retail precincts, Buildings etc
Listing Address
- Required Field
- The exact street address of your business
- Example: Unit 1, 2 Smith Street
Listing Suburb
- Required Field
- The city where your business is located
- i.e. the suburb, town or City
Listing State
- Required Field
- The state where your business is located
- State must not be abbreviated, i.e. California, not CA
- i.e. State or Region within a country
Listing Postcode
- Required Field
- A valid postal code for you city, town or location
Listing Country
- Required Field
- The full name of your country, i.e. Australia, not AU
Listing Latitude & Longitude
- Insert your latitude and Longitude data if available
- If blank we will automatically find your location while processing your import
Closed
- If your existing location has closed mark as YES in spreadsheet
- If your existing location is open mark as NO in spreadsheet |
